Starting as a trainee operator and rising to Project Manager, Dylan’s journey reflects his deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence—qualities our clients value on every job.
Specializing in large-scale earthworks, Dylan has led major projects including dams, wetlands, and hydropower projects. His ability to manage challenging sites, coordinate teams, and maintain quality under pressure makes him a trusted partner for clients seeking reliable outcomes. Dylan recently managed the $19M Morey Street Dams and Wetlands project, which was a finalist in the 2025 CCNZ $5M-$20M Project Excellence Awards—an achievement that speaks to his attention to detail and project delivery standards.
Recognized as a finalist in the CCNZ, Z Personal Improvement Award, Dylan combines technical expertise with practical leadership.
