Mathew Fletcher is a senior construction leader with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex civil, industrial and infrastructure projects across New Zealand and Australia. He has worked in senior roles including General Manager, Construction Manager and Project Director, with responsibility for major projects, business performance and large site teams. His background includes roading, geothermal, bulk handling and industrial plant projects, including the Tauhara Geothermal Power Station and significant NZTA works.
Mat leads from the front to make sure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. He brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to planning and delivery, builds strong teams on site, and keeps communication clear with clients, stakeholders and crews. He will ensure robust systems are in place, risks are managed early, and the job is well organised from day one through to completion
