Bruce Watson – Senior Project Manager

Bruce has more than 35 years’ experience supervising and managing large complex projects that include bulk earthworks, stormwater structures, associated drainage, and landscaping. With his comprehensive skillset, Bruce has a proven history of supervising subcontractors and staff and delivering large projects on time. He is proud that he has never had any rework issues.

Bruce’s technical ability in difficult ground conditions and works below the water table is renowned, and he is frequently asked to solve tricky problems to ensure works stay on track.

Bruce is a hands on practical Project Manager whose experience includes Project Manager for Kotuku Dam and multiple Samoan Hydro Projects, Construction Manager on the Dampier to Karratha HIghway in Western Australia, Operations Manager on the Efate Ring Road project in Vanuatu and Project Superintendent /Supervisor on the Laucala Island Resort Redevelopment in Fiji.

Bruce has specific experience in working collaboratively with principals and other stakeholders, ensuring the execution of contracts meets and, where possible, exceeds contract specifications. He has consistently delivered projects ahead of time and under budget, despite challenging contract conditions and situations.
